How to prepare your personal New years resolution!
The one way I know what my New years resolution is going to be the next upcoming year is when I look back in to the past year and realize how much I didn't get done that I wanted. Which is a really good start for getting your resolution up and running. It is OK to have more then one resolution, but don't overwhelm your self!
You may come up with lets say 12 major things you wanna fix up in your life style and/or achieve. Try and narrow that down in to 3 categories, because I know when I list down everything I want to achieve I freak out when I see all I have to do and end up getting like 2 of those done. Hahah It's a lot to do and we want to make it as easy as possible.
DON'T BE DISCOURAGED. For whatever it maybe you can do it! The human mind is so amazing and can do so much, and you don't even know how much you can achieve. For no reason should you feel like you can't lose that weight or you can't get straight A's. My new years resolution 2 years ago was to lose weight. I lost 25 pounds! (but gained it all back :P lol) Last year my New Years resolution was to be a vegetarian I was for half a year until I learned it wasn't good for my health.
I guess now this year my New years resolution is to actually think up one lol.
Good luck to everyone!
